nDeavor - Production Systems
nDeavor series coaters, formerly known as the "Advantage" series, are being used in large volume production of LCD products and for development of many other thin film dependent applications. The nDeavor systems offer a robust, production ready platform to generate high yields (>95%) with minimal operating and maintenance costs. The systems are available for processing Gen2 through Gen8 and beyond substrate sizes, as well as spinless coating of wafers up to 450mm.

nTact's extrusion deposition coating is becoming the preferred technology for cost effective deposition of various organic chemistries.
Company Factoid
In 1997, nTact sold its pump division to Milipore/Mykorlis, yet managed to retain the rights to use the technology for extrusion coating applications.
Optimal Material Utilization
nTact's new R&D system, the nRad, can be operated with fill volumes as low as 15ml, making it ideal for testing small batches of material.
