Integrated Process Solutions
nTact designs and delivers fully integrated systems to fit a wide range of applications from lower volume R&D and pilot production lines to more complex system configurations for full production environments. These systems can include integration into manufacturing execution systems (MES) to manage work in process and monitor yields, as well as automation specified to maximize throughput and support high-volume manufacturing. nTact integrated systems are typically built around nTact equipment and technology, but they may also include other process equipment sourced through nTact OEM partners in order to provide the best total process solution. This also gives nTact the flexibility to provide its customers a variety of options to meet both process and budgetary needs.

nTact's extrusion deposition coating is becoming the preferred technology for cost effective deposition of various organic chemistries.
Company Factoid
In 1997, nTact sold its pump division to Milipore/Mykorlis, yet managed to retain the rights to use the technology for extrusion coating applications.
